In this episode we get down to the business of running a charity with the McCombs Board Fellows. The McCombs Board Fellows are a UT Austin based student ran organization dedicated to educating MBA students in leadership, project management, and communication. The Board Fellows does this through real world experience by having each student serve on the board of an Austin based nonprofit, creating a symbiotic relationship between the business savvy MBAs and the community oriented charities.
Kyle & Charlie sit down with Jacklyn Le and Ben Marek of the Board Fellows and chat with the two of them about their projects, what inspired them to get involved with the Board Fellows in the first place, and what exactly a nonprofit board does. All of this and more in this episodes of Everyday Superhumans!
